Who we are
Juvenile Shop operates this site at https://kidstylist.shop/. Our address is 13356 Ventura Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423, United States and our contact address for privacy questions is [email protected].
What we collect
We collect what an order needs and little else: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number where you give one, and the contents and value of your order. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so the next person to answer you has the context.
We do not collect card numbers. Those go directly to the payment provider shown at checkout.
Why we collect it
- To take, pack and deliver your order.
- To answer questions about an order and process returns.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations, which require us to keep transaction records.
- To send you email you asked for, and only that.
Cookies
The site sets cookies that make the cart work and remember your session. Blocking those makes checkout fail. Anything beyond that is analytics, and it is aggregated — we look at which pages are read, not at who read them.
Who we share it with
Only the parties that make an order happen: the payment provider, the carrier delivering the parcel, and the services that host this site and send its email. Each receives the minimum needed for its part. We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade or rent mailing lists.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Contact correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 1 business day. California residents may also ask us to disclose the categories of personal information collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell it, so that opt-out is already your default.
Marketing email
We only email you if you asked. Every message has a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect on the next send rather than eventually.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Access to order data is limited to the people at Juvenile Shop who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated version applies.
