The agreement between you and Juvenile Shop when you buy from Kid Stylist.
These terms
They are the agreement between you and Juvenile Shop, trading as Kid Stylist, covering your use of this site and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who can order
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Orders are for personal or ordinary business use; we may decline an order that looks like it is for resale under our brand.
Products and descriptions
We describe what we sell as accurately as we can, including counts, dimensions, materials and volumes. Photographs are of the product but screen colour varies, and a manufacturer may change packaging without telling us. Where a listed detail turns out to be wrong, that is grounds for a free return under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Prices and availability
Prices are in USD and may change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. Stock is not reserved until an order is paid. Where a price is published in obvious error we may cancel and refund rather than honour it, and we will tell you why.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer. Our acceptance happens when we dispatch it, not when the confirmation email arrives. Until then either of us may cancel — see the Cancellation Policy.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery and risk
Delivery terms are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave.
Your use of this site
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or reuse its text and photographs commercially without permission. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain theirs.
Third-party names
Brand names appearing in product titles identify the manufacturer of the item. They are the property of their owners and their use here does not imply any endorsement of Kid Stylist by them.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
If something goes wrong
Contact us first at [email protected]. Most problems are a packing error and take one email to fix. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
